Overview

Some of the most underutilized features in prospecting are really the filter and sort functions. This template helps you use these features more effectively by using AI to score accounts based on both profile factors (what the company is) and signal factors (what they're doing). You can focus on the most likely accounts to become customers and even segment your strategy - maybe one approach for excellent fit accounts and a more scalable solution for accounts that might not fit quite as well.

How it works

  1. 1
Start with your target companies by adding company names, websites, and LinkedIn URLs
  2. 2
Reference your company research table to help the AI understand your company
  3. 3
Run the account scoring column which researches each company using web data
  4. 4
Review profile factors that describe what the company is (enterprise scale, global presence, etc.)
  5. 5
Get signal scores based on what's happening like funding rounds or hiring patterns
  6. 6
Review top positives and negatives for both profile and signals
  7. 7
See the final score (not a fit, good, great, or excellent) with a summary
  8. 8
Filter and sort the table to prioritize high-scoring accounts for your outreach
  9. 9
Segment your strategy based on account scores for different approaches
